1:1 In Person Coaching

Face or virtual. Your chosen trainer will be available to train you for the 45 mins of great experience based training

Your program will be based on your current fitness and keeping in mind your goals.

A team of experts from Sweat Team backend will be constantly in touch with you to make sure that you meet your goals and will be tracked through a software to keep you informed about the progressions.

1:1 Counselling and Programming

You know your stuff : You still need need some professional guidance to meet your goals. This is for you. we help you fine tune the exercise routine and key points on nutrition to make things happen in a goal meeting.

Our team of experts will work with you and develop a program which can show magical results and our system and team will track you through the whole process of progressions.

How is personal training different from a Group class session or Online Program ?

Accountability: In personal training you are working with a team of experts and they take the accountability of your follow ups. Otherwise, as far as movement and progressions concerned it goes equal with 1:1 & Group class.

How does personal training work?

You will be booking your specific fitness trainer through an application based on the availability. Every session you will be working with a different trainer but your program & performance will be tracked by our backend team on a software. To know more visit Terms & conditions.

Who should choose 1:1 training?

Ideally you are still figuring out how to meet your goals faster than a normal phase you consider 1:1 as an option and once you met your goals then you can start with group class exercise routine.
