This program is built based on all the important aspects to improve your.
Sweat Lift offers 50 minutes of intense training. Where we combine 20 mins of interval training on treadmill & 20 mins of compound weight lifting along with a great mobility routine for 10 mins. Moving seamlessly from one station to the next within a set timeframe. It’s the ideal program for anyone looking to burn calories, strengthen their heart, and achieve peak physical condition. With a focus on compound lifting and bodyweight training, the intensity and results are unmatched.
