Low intensity & impact is the main focus at the same time bring in the value of 50 mins with Sweat Bootcamp. 50 mins of routine combines : Warm up – 5 mins, Main zone on treadmill where we focus on low intensity walk & jog – 20 mins, Main zone on floor mobility with TRX, Resistance tubes, Bands, Yoga blocks & body weight work, Stretching – 5 mins. This program is built based on all the important aspects to improve your.
Sweat Lift offers 50 minutes of intense training. Where we combine 20 mins of interval training on treadmill & 20 mins of compound weight lifting along with a great mobility routine for 10 mins. Moving seamlessly from one station to the next within a set timeframe. It’s the ideal program for anyone looking to burn calories, strengthen their heart, and achieve peak physical condition. With a focus on compound lifting and bodyweight training, the intensity and results are unmatched.
