Membership: 

Thank you for selecting the Sweat Bootcamp program! We are thrilled to support you on your fitness journey. By choosing the membership package that fits your personal goals, you unlock a variety of benefits designed to enhance your experience. Each membership offers unique privileges, such as early booking opportunities and access to special promotions. These benefits are crafted to ensure you get the most out of every workout session and stay motivated to achieve your goals.

How to Book Your Session: 

Booking your classes with Sweat Fit Wellness is incredibly simple and convenient. Once you’ve chosen your membership package, you’ll receive a welcome email with detailed instructions, including your login details. From there, just download our Sweat app, log in, and you’re ready to start booking your classes. This streamlined process ensures you can focus on your workouts, not on logistics. We’re excited to start this fitness journey with you and make every step as smooth as possible.

Session Booked: 

We’re excited to have you attend your upcoming class! To help us maintain smooth operations and to offer every member a great experience, we kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it. If you do not cancel, the session will be marked as attended. This policy ensures that everyone has a fair chance to attend classes and helps us manage class capacities efficiently. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all members.

Timing: 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session begins. This allows you time to settle in, warm up, and prepare mentally and physically for your workout. Arriving early ensures the class starts on time and creates a more organized, positive environment for all participants. It’s our way of ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Waiting List: 

If the class you wanted to book is full, don’t worry! You can join the waiting list, and if a spot opens up due to a cancellation or a no-show, you’ll be automatically added to the class. We encourage you to act quickly when notified, as spots fill up fast. This system is designed to ensure fairness and gives everyone a chance to enjoy their preferred class.

Class Booking: 

For your convenience, you can book classes up to 30 days in advance, and reserve spots in up to 5 classes at a time. This flexibility allows you to plan your fitness schedule according to your availability and preferences. We’re excited to see you at our classes and are here to help you maintain a consistent workout routine.

Cancellations: 

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to ensure that all members have a positive experience, we kindly ask you to avoid last-minute cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled class may result in a fee and the session being deducted from your package. This policy helps us manage class sizes and allows others on the waiting list to join. Your cooperation helps us maintain a respectful and well-organized fitness environment for all.

Early Bookings: 

To ensure that all classes run smoothly, we ask that you book your class at least one hour in advance. If there are no bookings within an hour before the class, it may be canceled. This allows us to manage our class schedules effectively and ensure that sessions are properly staffed and prepared for.

Transfer of Package: 

We understand that life can sometimes change unexpectedly, and you might need to transfer your membership to someone else. For a nominal fee of ₹999, we offer the option to transfer your package. This flexibility ensures that you can share your fitness journey with others while continuing to enjoy the benefits of your membership. We’re here to assist you with any changes, making sure your fitness needs are met.

Upgrade of Package: 

If you decide you want to take your fitness journey to the next level, we offer a special opportunity to upgrade your membership to a higher tier within the first 15 days of your initial purchase. This upgrade gives you access to additional benefits and features designed to elevate your experience. We’re excited to offer this flexibility and are here to help you make the most of your Sweat Bootcamp journey.

Sweat Bootcamp Rights: 

We are constantly working to make your experience better and more rewarding. You’ll often see special promotions, events, and offers designed to enhance your fitness journey. We love surprising our members with exciting offers that make their time with Sweat even more enjoyable.

Doctor Approval: 

Your health and well-being are always our top priority. If at any point during your workout you feel unwell or experience discomfort, we encourage you to pause and seek medical advice. It’s always wise to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program, ensuring that your body is ready to take on the challenges. We care about your safety and are here to support your well-being every step of the way.

At Sweat Fit Wellness, your safety and health are paramount. While our coaches are highly trained and provide expert guidance, we encourage you to take responsibility for your health and fitness. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any new program, and please note that Sweat and its coaches cannot be held liable for any health-related incidents.
