Shipping Policy – SweatFit Wellness

Shipping & Delivery:

  • No Home Delivery: All accessories are to be purchased from the Shop section from the SweatFit wellness website (e.g., mats, water sipper , coffee tumblers , socks , apparel, etc.) must be picked up in person at the selected studio location. We do not offer home delivery for accessories at this time.
  • Pickup Location: Accessories can only be picked up at the reception desk of the respective studio where the purchase was made. Please ensure you select the correct location at checkout to avoid any inconvenience while placing the order online.

Shipping Charges & Fees:

  • No Shipping Fees: Since all accessories are picked up in person, there are no shipping fees associated with the purchase.

No Returns or Refunds:

  • Final Sale: All accessory purchases are final sale. Once purchased, accessories cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
  • Inspection Upon Pickup: We encourage you to inspect your accessories at the time of pickup to ensure they are in good condition. If an item is damaged or defective, please notify the staff immediately at the reception desk for assistance.

Changes to Pickup Location:

  • Location Change Requests: If you need to change the pickup location after completing your order, please contact the studio within 48 hours of placing the order or put an email on [email protected] We will try our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability and location.

Note: This policy ensures a smooth and efficient pickup experience for all accessory purchases while maintaining clarity about our no-return/no-refund policy.
