Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation by Client:

  • Class Cancellations: Clients must cancel their class reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will incur a full class deduction from their account.
  • No-Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled class without any prior cancellation, the client will be charged the full class fee or the session will be deducted from any prepaid packages.

Refund Policy:

  • Single Class Purchases: Refunds for single class purchases are generally not available once the booking is confirmed. However, in case of emergency or extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Package or Membership Refunds:
    • Memberships : If a client purchases a class package or memberships no refunds will be applicable once the payment is made.
  • Membership Cancellation: There is no cancellation policy from the clients side. The membership automatically gets cancelled if the duration of the package is over eg/ a 12 session package has a validity for 30 days. Incase a client is unable to complete 12 sessions within the time duration they can buy Extension from the app to increase validity. Incase the client fails to buy extension the balance sessions won’t be carry forwarded & they lapse .

Studio Cancellations:

  • Studio Cancellation: In the event that a class is canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather-related issues), clients will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
  • Class Changes: If there are any changes to the class schedule or instructor, clients will be notified in advance. In such cases, no refund will be issued unless the client opts to cancel due to the change.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions:

  • Medical Exceptions: In cases of illness or injury, clients may request a complimentary extension . An extension for minimum 2 days to maximum 10 days is provided complimentary. All supporting documents , A doctor’s note X-rays or other reports may be required to process the request.
  • Force Majeure: The studio will not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, pandemics, or government mandates.

Note: This policy is designed to be fair to both the clients and the studio, ensuring that classes are efficiently managed while offering flexibility in case of emergencies. Always communicate any changes or cancellations in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
