Late Entry Guidelines By joining this class after the scheduled start time, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Warm-Up Completed: The group warm-up has already taken place. You are joining a class in progress and will begin from the current point in the session.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are choosing to enter the class at your own comfort level. Sweatfit Wellness encourages you to listen to your body and work within your own range at all times.
  • Session Counts: This booking will be recorded as a full attended session.
  • Our Recommendation: If you feel any discomfort or are unsure about joining mid-session, our team is always here to guide you. Feel free to speak to your instructor before stepping in. We’re thrilled you made it—let’s make it count!
