How to Book Your Session
Booking a Pilates session with us couldn’t be simpler! Once you’ve signed up and selected your membership package, you’ll receive a warm welcome email containing all the details you need to begin. From there, download the Sweat app, log in with the ID and password we provide, and you’ll have easy access to our Pilates class schedule. Simply select your preferred time slots, and you’re all set! We are excited to have you on this journey and can’t wait to see you in class.
Session Booked
Once your session is booked, we’re just as excited as you are! You’ll receive a confirmation notification as soon as your booking is processed, and we’ll be eagerly preparing to offer you an exceptional Pilates experience. Rest assured, each session is designed to help you progress toward your fitness goals while enjoying a welcoming and supportive environment.
Timing
To ensure you have a fantastic class experience, we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to warm up and get comfortable in the studio, helping you ease into the workout and be fully prepared for a productive session. Your punctuality not only enhances your own experience but also contributes to a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved.
Waiting List
Our waitlist system ensures that no one misses out on a great workout! If a class is full, don’t worry—you can join the waiting list, and if a spot becomes available (due to a cancellation or late arrival), it will be offered to the first person on the list. This way, everyone gets a fair chance to participate in the session. Just keep an eye on notifications, and you might find yourself stepping into that Pilates class after all!
Class Booking
We value flexibility in your fitness journey, which is why we allow you to book classes up to 30 days in advance. You can reserve your spot in up to 5 classes at a time, giving you the freedom to plan your workouts according to your schedule. This forward-thinking approach lets you stay committed and on track with your fitness goals, knowing that your Pilates sessions are just a click away.
Extension
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness routine, which is why we’re happy to offer an extension option for your package. For just ₹999, you can extend the validity of your sessions for an additional month, giving you more time to make the most of your membership. This flexible option ensures that you can continue your fitness journey at a pace that works for you. Let’s keep the momentum going!
Upgrade
Looking to take your fitness to the next level? For a limited time, we’re offering the chance to upgrade your Sweat Pilates membership to a higher-tier package. If you’ve recently purchased a pack, you can upgrade within 15 days to unlock even more exclusive features and benefits. This is your opportunity to enhance your Pilates experience and maximize your results with access to additional perks. We’re excited to help you elevate your fitness game!
Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to maintain a smooth operation, we kindly ask that you cancel any booked classes at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate others who may be on the waitlist. Late cancellations may result in a class charge, and your session will be deducted. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping things running smoothly, and this policy helps us create a respectful and fair environment for all our valued members.
Early Bookings
To ensure your spot is secured, please book your class at least one hour in advance. If no bookings are made one hour before a class, it may be cancelled due to lack of interest. Early bookings help us maintain an efficient schedule and ensure that all members have the opportunity to enjoy their preferred class.

Doctor Approval
